Please dress warmly for our Northern Lights tour, including thermal wear, a winter coat, hat, gloves, and boots. This will help you stay comfortable and fully enjoy the Arctic experience
Please notify us if you are with a child under 7 years old at post@enteradventures.com with the age and the weight
Meet 30 min before departure. The meeting point is at Tromsø Havn Prostneset, Bus Terminal at road level, under the building. Your guides will wait for you in front of the bus at the bus terminal, with a white sign of ENTER ADVENTURES and black jackets.
You need to notify us if you have a child under 7 years old, the driver can refuse you on board. Please bring your ID or passport.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
