This tour will take place rain or shine. In the winter months, it can happen that the sea freezes in the innermost part of the fjord where there is a lot of fresh water mixed with the sea water, brackish water. If there is so much ice that there is no safe passage for boats, the captain will then choose an alternative route in this area. This is beyond our control and it does not give grounds for claiming a refund for the trip. We will always do our best to give our customers great experiences, even on days when the forces of nature are not easy to handle.
The fjord cruise boat will arrive at Bergen Express Boat Terminal 15 to 30 minutes before departure. Look for the catamaran boat with the text "Mostraumen Fjord Cruise" written on the side.
The boat will arrive at the terminal:
9.45AM - departure 10.15AM
2.15PM - departure 2.30PM
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
