While we welcome travelers of all ages, our tours involve a significant amount of walking. To ensure everyone enjoys the experience, we recommend guests be between 4 and 95 years old and in good physical condition. Due to the historical nature of many of our sites, the tour is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.

For optimal comfort and luggage space, we use 6-seater vehicles with a maximum capacity of 4 passengers. However, we understand that groups may be larger. If your group exceeds 4 people and you wish to avoid booking a separate vehicle, please let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. Your perfect Balkan experience starts here!
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
