Please go to the Blue Boat ticket office and arrive 15 minutes before departure time. The ticket office is located on the opposite side of the canal from the Hard Rock Cafe. Look for the Blue Boat sign at the entrance to the queue. Exchange your voucher for a ticket at the counter and mention you booked the Blue Boat cruise. Reach the ticket office with tram numbers 1, 2, 5, 7, 12, and 19. The nearest GVB tram station is Leidse Plein.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
