Description

The Best of Nepal on a 15-day tour from Kathmandu. Visit the birthplace of Lord Buddha in Lumbini, explore the ancient city of Bhaktapur, and see the sunrise over the Annapurna Range in Pokhara.
Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive at Tribhuwan International Airport and be greeted by a representative who will escort you to your hotel. Rest for the day and enjoy a free day. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing in Swayambhunath, Kathmandu Durbar Square & Drive to Nagarkot
After breakfast at the hotel, go on a sightseeing tour of Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Afterward, drive to Nagarkot. Overnight at Nagarkot.

Day 3: Drive to Telkot and Walk to Changu Narayan and Drive to Bhakatapur for Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, see the sunrise from a hill station. Then, drive to Changu Narayan temple. After visiting Changu Narayan, drive to Bhaktapur for sightseeing. Then, drive to Namo Bouddha Monastery. Overnight at Namo Bouddha.

Day 4: Visit Patan, Khokana, and Bungmati
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Patan for 2 hours. See Patan Durbar Square, Khokana, and Bungmati. Drive to Kathmandu Hotel. Overnight.

Day 5: Sightseeing to Pashupatinath, Bouddha & Kapan Monastery
After breakfast at the hotel, go on a sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath, Bouddhanath, and Kapan Monastery. Drive back to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 6: Drive to Chitwan and Participate in Tharu Culture Dance
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Chitwan. In the afternoon, visit the Tharu Cultural Museum and Tharu Villages. In the evening, enjoy a Tharu cultural dance and dinner. Overnight.

Day 7: Jungle Safari Activities in Chitwan National Park
After breakfast, go on a boating or canoe ride in the Rapti River. Then, go on an elephant or jeep safari through the jungle of Chitwan National Park. See deer, monkeys, wild boars, bisons, and even endangered species like the Royal Bengal tiger. Visit the elephant breeding center. Overnight.

Day 8: Drive to Lumbini
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Lumbini. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Lumbini Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, go on a sightseeing tour of the Maya Devi Temple, Ashok Pillar, and the monasteries made by different countries in the surrounding area. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Drive to Tansen Palpa
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Tansen Palpa. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Explore Tansen Palpa
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Ranighat Palace, Palpa Durbar Museum, and Shree Amar Narayan Temple. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Drive to Pokhara
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Pokhara. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13: Full Day Pokhara Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Sarangkot for a sunrise view and a panoramic view of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhawalagiri, and Mt. Fishtail. Visit the Gupteswor Cave, Tibetan Refugee Camp, Davis Falls, and the International Mountain Museum. Overnight at hotel.

Day 14: Drive to Kathmandu
After breakfast at the hotel, drive back to Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15: Departure
After breakfast at the hotel, be escorted to Tribhuwan International Airport for your departure.
