Description
Embark on a thrilling, adventure-filled trek to the Annapurna Base Camp, the foot of Nepal’s famous summit. With round-trip transportation from Pokhara, and an attentive expedition guide.
Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu International Airport, your representative will pick you up and transfer you to hotel. You will then have an overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara
After rising early in the morning, you will take a tourist bus for 7 hours to Pokhara. You will then spend the evening in Pokhara.
Day 3: Pokhara to Tolka
Today you will drive to Khande and trek to Tolkha via the Australian camp Pothana. The walk will take between 5 and 6 hours, and once having arrive, you will spend an overnight in Tolka.
Day 4: Tolkha to Chhomrong
After waking up early in the morning, you will breakfast and trek through Landruk, New Bridge, and Jhinu. You will also climb the super steep stairs to Chhomrong, where you will have an overnight stay.
Day 5: Chhomrong to Dovan
Today you will walk down the mountain from Chhomrong, before walking across a suspension bridge and heading up to Sinuwa. After a 4.5-hour trek, you will reach Bamboo, where you will walk for another 2 hours to Dovan for your overnight stay.
Day 6: Dovan to Machhapuchhare Base Camp
Today your trek will continue, as you ascend for about 6 hours to Machhapuchhare Base Camp (MBC) via Deurali.
Day 7: MBC to Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan
You will wake up early in the morning, and start trekking to ABC (Annapurna Base Camp) to witness the sunrise. You will stay for a couple of hours, before walking down to MBC and continuing with a downhill trek to Dovan where you will spend the night.
Day 8: Dovan to Jinnu Hot Spring
You will start your day with a downhill trek to the Jinnu Hot Spring for 6 hours. Here, you can dip into the natural hot springs, before eventually spending an overnight at the Jinnu Hot Spring.
Day 9: Hot Spring to Pokhara
After breakfast, you will continue your trek to Siwai or Nayapul for 5 to 6 hours, before driving back to Pokhara. You will then have an overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 10: Kathmandu
At 7:00AM on your final day, you will take a tourist bus for approximately 7 hours to Kathmandu. You can catch your evening flight onward to your next destination, or can opt to stay further in Kathmandu.
