Embark on your adventure from Pokhara, a charming lakeside town. Enjoy a scenic drive before setting off on your trek. Hike for roughly 5 hours to Lower Sinuwa (2,300 meters), passing through Jhinu, a village renowned for its natural hot springs.
Day 2: Lower Sinuwa to Deurali

Day 3: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (via Machhapuchhre Base Camp)

During the monsoon season (June-August), the weather can be erratic with heavy rainfall. It's essential to have the appropriate gear and heed the advice of guides if trekking during this period.
Leeches: Especially during monsoon season, leeches can be a nuisance on the lower trails. Wearing long pants tucked into gaiters and using insect repellent can help deter them.
