Description

This trek takes you through diverse landscapes, including lush forests, terraced fields, and high alpine meadows, providing a taste of the Himalayan wilderness in a concise itinerary.
Mardi Himal is a mountain peak situated in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas in Nepal. Standing at an elevation of 5,587 meters (18,330 feet) above sea level, Mardi Himal offers stunning panoramic views of the Annapurna Range, including iconic peaks like Machapuchare (Fishtail), Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli.

Mardi Himal has gained popularity as a trekking destination in recent years, providing a less crowded and more serene alternative to some of the busier trekking routes in the region. The trek to Mardi Himal takes adventurers through charming villages, lush rhododendron forests, and high alpine landscapes.

The trek typically starts and ends in Pokhara, one of Nepal's picturesque lakeside cities. The trail passes through traditional Gurung villages, allowing trekkers to experience local culture and hospitality. Mardi Himal Base Camp, situated at the base of the mountain, is a highlight of the trek, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.

Due to its relatively lower elevation compared to some of the more challenging peaks in the region, Mardi Himal is often considered a suitable option for trekkers with moderate fitness levels and those seeking a shorter trekking experience in the stunning Himalayan terrain.
