Day 1: Pokhara/Kathmandu to Arughat/Soti Khola
Start your adventure with a shared bus or jeep ride from Pokhara to Arughat, the gateway to Tsum Valley. Continue to Soti Khola (700m), enjoying stunning landscapes and glimpses of rural Nepal. The journey takes 7-8 hours, with an overnight stay in a local teahouse.
Day 2: Soti Khola to Machha Khola
Begin the trek along the Budi Gandaki River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through lush forests and terraced fields. The 6-7 hour trek ends in Machha Khola (869m), with opportunities to soak in natural hot springs.
Day 3: Machha Khola to Jagat
The trail leads to Jagat, known for its stone-paved streets and traditional architecture. The 6-7 hour trek offers scenic views, including the majestic Ganesh Himal. Overnight in Jagat (1,340m), where Tibetan Buddhist influences become more apparent.
Day 4: Jagat to Lokpa

Day 6: Chumling to Chhokang Paro

Day 7: Chhokang Paro to Nile
