DAY 1 : ARRIVAL AT KATHMANDU (1350M)
Our team member/ representative will be waiting for you at the arrival section of Tribhuvan International airport. With a very warm welcome, we will escort you to the hotel you’ll be staying in. Roaming around Kathmandu and tasting its culture and warm hospitality, you end your day with dinner infused with spices that’ll give a kick to your tastebuds and a short discussion of our trek.
DAY 2 : AROUND KATHMANDU
While being modernized, Kathmandu has still managed to hold its ground and maintain its cultural and historical values remain untouched. You will be exploring these aspects of the capital through UNESCO world heritage sites. ( As many as we can out of 7).
DAY 3 : KATHMANDU TO JAGAT (1330M)
After starting our day with breakfast, we drive to Jagat situated at an altitude of (1330 m / 4363.517 ft). Traveling through beautiful curvy roads, rivers, local people, local bazaars, and hydropower dams, we reach Jagat after approximately 7-8 hours. After a long and tiresome drive, we stay overnight at a small traditional guesthouse in Jagat.
DAY 4 : JAGAT TO DHARAPANI (1860M)
Through fast-flowing rivers and lush green forests, we move towards Dharapani. Trailing through Chamje, Tal, and Karte villages with a view of beautiful waterfalls. You will get a peek at the majestic view of the Annapurna range. Then we rest overnight at Dharapani in a teahouse.
DAY 5 : DHARAPANI TO KOTO (2600M)
After around 45 minutes of walking, you pass through Bagarchap village and then enter Manang. From Manang, we will witness a stunning view of Lamjung Himal (6986 m / 22919.95 ft) and Annapurna Himal II (7937 m / 22919.95 ft) to the west and Manaslu Himal to the east. Climbing through pine and fir forests, we head to Danaque. After Danaque, we head to Thanchwok, followed by Koto. We register at the police check-post in Koto and spend the night there.
DAY 6 : KOTO TO META (3560M)
Mostly walking in the shade of the gorge, and on a short descent, we head to Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) campsite. After that, through the pine forest via Hulaki dar ( postman cave), we move towards Dharamsala (3220 m /10564.3 ft). Continuing our trek through beautiful forests, the trek for the day ends at Meta.
DAY 7 : META TO PHU (4050M)
After early morning breakfast and around 4 hours of trekking, we arrive at Khyang ( 3840 m / 12598.43 ft). As the afternoon in Khyang tends to be windy, we will try to cross this place before noon. Then you will walk for around 3-4 hours after walking through Phu Khola on a rocky path to reach the beautiful Phu village.
DAY 8 : AROUND PHU
Exploration of culture, natural diversity, and ethnic groups and Tashi Lakhang monastery, which is listed among 108 world’s great Buddhist monasteries, is what comprises our activity for the day. It is also believed to be the oldest monastery by Karmapa Rinpoche. The main reason to spend the day in Phu is acclimatization to make sure to stay aware of the weather conditions.
DAY 9 : PHU TO NAR PHEDI (3500M)
Passing through streams and a suspension bridge till you reach Mahendra pul (bridge), then about 4 hours of trekking plus 2 hours of more trekking from Mahendra pul ( Yunggar ). After lunch there, through monumental Buddhist stupas, you will reach Nar Phedi village. While in Nar Phedi, we will visit the vistas of Pisang peak and spend the night in a teahouse.
DAY 10 : NAR PHEDI - NAR (4120M)
With a view of chortens ( Buddhist shrine) and stunning Pisang peak, you’ll be climbing around 700 m on this very day. The Nar village, which stays above the flat plain, making it suitable for agriculture, is larger than Phu village, where we will be spending our night.
DAY 11 : NAR TO KANG LA PASS (4620M), NGAWAL (3615M)
We start our trek early morning, heading for the adventure that awaits us ahead through trial. You reach Kang La pass (5,320 m / 17454.07 ft), which flaunts a glorious view of Annapurna massif. through Kang La Phedi (4620 m / 15157.48 ft). The trek is comparatively little longer than others as we move further to Ngawal and then finally spend the night resting in the teahouse.
DAY 12 : NGAWAL TO MANANG (3519M)
We move further to our destination, Manang trekking through the adventurous path which should take us about 4 hours. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of many peaks and ranges, including the Annapurna range and Annapurna II. We stay overnight in beautiful Manang
DAY 13 : MANANG TO YAK KHARKA (4,110M)
This day’s trek is not that difficult; all you need to do is cross the streams and climb uphill before reaching the meadow, where you’ll see horses and yaks as we climb out of Marsyandi valley to Jharsing Khola. Through trial with old Mani, we arrive at Yak kharka and We’ll be done trekking for the day here.
DAY 14 : YAK KHARKA TO HIGH CAMP (4600M)
You will be heading for high camp, crossing Thorung Phedi, where we will be staying to prepare ourselves both physically and mentally to pass through Thorang La pass, the highest pass in the world, the next day, which will be challenging considering the risk of altitude sickness. This way, our safety will be kept in check and we avoid altitude sickness.
DAY 15 : HIGH CAMP TO MUKTINATH (3710M)
Around the Thorang La pass, the wind is terrible, which is why we leave very early in the morning after breakfast, so we don’t come under the effect of a storm. Then you will head towards the epitome of religious tolerance, Muktinath. With a stunning view of Muktinath, we end our day.
DAY 16 : MUKTINATH TO JOMSOM (2743M)
You’ll be given a choice to move towards Jomsom on Jeep or Trek to Jomsom on feet. This day’s trek is easy compared to others. We’ll come down to Kali Gandaki gorge and Kagbeni. After a few hours of pleasant trek surrounded by beautiful views, we reach Jomsom.
DAY 17 : JOMSOM TO POKHARA (850M)
Unlike every other day of the trek, neither we drive nor do we walk but take a flight to Pokhara to view the beautiful surrounding mountains and lakes from up above the sky. After arriving at Pokhara, we will take a day to relax and roam around the lakeside with the breeze on our faces taking all the stress away accompanied by stunning views of lakes and mountains.
DAY 18 : POKHARA TO KATHMANDU
Through rivers and nature’s beauty, we drive for about 7 hours in order to reach the departing destination of our trek, Kathmandu. There you’ll be safely transferred to a hotel for you to get prepared for your flight back.
DAY 19 : DEPARTURE
Our team will see you off at the airport from the hotel you stayed at in Kathmandu. We will be ready for your service until the very last minute.
