Day 1: Kathmandu to Lukla (Flight) to Phakding: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek for 3 hours to Phakding at 2,651m (8,697ft).
Day 2: Phakding to Namche Bazaar: Trek for 5 to 6 hours to reach Namche Bazaar at 3,438m (11,279ft).
Day 3: Acclimatization day in Namche Bazaar: Spend the day adjusting to the altitude at 3,438m (11,279ft).
Day 4: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche: Trek for 5 hours to reach Tengboche at 3,956m (12,979ft).
Day 5: Tengboche to Monjo: Trek for 6 hours to reach Monjo at 3,870m (12,696ft).
Day 6: Monjo to Lukla: Trek for 4 hours to return to Lukla at 2,840m (9,317ft).
Day 7: Lukla to Kathmandu (Flight): Take a 30-minute flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu at 1,380m (4,527ft).
