Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 04: Trekking to Tikhedhunga (1750 meters)
Day 05: Trekking to Ghorepani (2840 meters)
Day 06: Hike up to Poon- Hill (3210 meters) and Tadapani (2610 meters)
Day 07: Trekking to Ghandruk (1940 meters)
Day 08: Ghandruk-Nayapul - Pokhara
Day 09: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu

• Please bring lightweight cotton pants for the day and tracksuit top and pants for the night
• Other important clothing items include: cotton t-shirts, a sun hat, thick outer woolen socks and thin inner cotton socks
• Other important items include: vaseline for your feet and sensitive areas, a one liter water bottle, iodine to purify the water, sunglasses, toilet paper and a cigarette lighter, a small headlamp/flashlight/torch with spare batteries, personal medical supplies, a pocket knife, sunscreen, sun block and sun-tan lotion, 25-liter small day pack, a poncho style rain jacket to cover your backpack, waterproof pants, small towels and a sleeping bag with inner lining
