Embark on a 8-day trek to Mardi Himal, a relatively short and less crowded trekking route located in the Annapurna region of Nepal. This trek offers stunning views of the Himalayan mountains, including Machapuchare (Fishtail Mountain) and Annapurna South. Take in the sights of lush rhododendron forests, traditional villages, and pristine landscapes.

Day 1: Kathmandu to Pokhara
Begin your journey by taking a tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Spend the night in Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside city and the gateway to many treks in the Annapurna region.

Day 2: Pokhara to Kande and Trek to Forest Camp
Drive from Pokhara to Kande. Begin your trek from Kande and hike to the Forest Camp (Bhaisi Kharka). The trekking duration is approximately 5-6 hours. Stay overnight at a teahouse in the Forest Camp.

Day 3: Forest Camp to Low Camp
Continue your trek from Forest Camp to Low Camp. The trail passes through lush rhododendron and oak forests. Trekking duration is around 4-5 hours. Stay overnight at a teahouse in Low Camp.

Day 4: Low Camp to High Camp (3580m)
Trek from Low Camp to High Camp. As you ascend, you'll notice the landscape change, with more alpine vegetation. Trekking duration is approximately 3-4 hours. Reach High Camp and stay overnight.

Day 5: High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp and Back (4500m)
This day is usually an acclimatization day. Hike to Mardi Himal Base Camp and enjoy panoramic views of the Himalayas. Return to High Camp for the night.

Day 6: High Camp to Siding Village
Descend from High Camp to Siding Village. The trail takes you through beautiful forests and remote villages. Trekking duration is around 6-7 hours. Stay overnight in a teahouse at Siding Village.

Day 7: Siding Village to Lumre and Drive to Pokhara
Continue your descent from Siding Village to Lumre. Drive back to Pokhara from Lumre. Spend the night in Pokhara and celebrate your successful trek.

Day 8: Pokhara to Kathmandu
Drive to Kathmandu from Pokhara by tourist bus.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
