Day 1: Flight to Lukla & Trek to Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft) - 8km, 3-4 hrs

Morning: Meet our representative and board a 40-minute flight to Lukla, known for its dramatic airport. After landing, enjoy lunch in Lukla.

Afternoon: Start your trek to Phakding, a charming village nestled along the Dudh Koshi River. The route features scenic views of Mt. Kusum Kangaru and passes through picturesque Sherpa villages and farmland, all protected by traditional stone walls.

Day 2: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,280ft) - 10km, 5-6 hrs

Morning: After breakfast, trek through lush pine forests and cross several suspension bridges. Enjoy breathtaking views of Thamserku as you approach Jorsale.

Afternoon: Continue your hike, crossing the confluence of the Bhote and Dudh Koshi rivers and walking across the Tenzing-Hillary suspension bridge. Ascend through the rugged terrain and arrive in Namche Bazaar, the vibrant hub of the Khumbu region.

Day 3: Acclimatization Day - Explore Khumjung and Namche Bazaar

Morning: Spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar to prevent altitude sickness. Explore the bustling markets and food joints of this administrative town.

Afternoon: Visit the Sagarmatha National Park for insights into Sherpa culture and traditions. Take a short trek to Khumjung, a traditional Sherpa village offering magnificent views of Thamserku, Kangtega, Ama Dablam, and Mt. Everest.

Day 4: Trek Back to Lukla (2,800m/9,186ft) - 18km, 7-8 hrs

Morning: Begin your descent from Namche Bazaar, enjoying the more comfortable altitude. Trek through the scenic villages of Jorsale and Cheplung.

Afternoon: Continue downhill to Lukla, where you'll spend the night. Reflect on your trek and enjoy your final evening in the Khumbu region.

Day 5: Fly Back to Kathmandu

Morning: After breakfast, catch your flight back to Kathmandu. Conclude your journey with a transfer to your hotel and a fond farewell to your trekking group.
