From Pokhara:2-Day Lower Seti Rafting Adventure with Camping

Embark on a 2-day rafting adventure on the Lower Seti River. Camp on the banks of the river and enjoy a barbecue and campfire.
Embark on a 2-day rafting adventure from Pokhara to Gaighat. Enjoy a thrilling rafting experience on the Seti River and spend the night in a tent on the riverbank.

Day 1: Pokhara to Damuali : 2 hrs, bus drive.
Before leaving for Dmauli, meet at your hotel. Upon arriving in Damauli, crew members welcome you and brief you about safety measures. After the safety talk, wear necessary safety equipment and commence paddling downstream.

At the very first step, meet grade III rapids then pass the smooth curve. The raft master also helps you paddle. After a bend, raft on clear water between dense forests echoed by twittering birds.

In between, loosen yourself and take some photos of the beautiful scenery. After 4 hours of rafting, reach Sarang Ghat, where you set up the tent for the night. After loosening up, walk around the beach, have a short forest walk, and play games on the sand beach.

In the evening, enjoy a campfire, barbeque, and singing-dancing with the fellow rafter. Overnight in camp.

Day 2: Rafting to Gaighat and drive back to Kathmandu or Chitwan Jungle/ Pokhara

After breakfast, continue to paddle downstream in relatively more rapid currents than yesterday as the river goes flows steeply and meets three confluences of a small stream. After 1 hour, encounter extreme current nearby debris of a landslide which requires attention and technique.

Today, raft in peaceful and tranquil surroundings with echoes of birds' songs and ripples and triples of water until reaching the confluence of Trisuli and Seti Gandaki River in Gaighat.

After Gaigaht, raft in a high level of water for half an hour and move over to the shore. After that, drive back to Pokhara by local bus.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
