Description

The Tilicho Lake & Mesokanto Pass Trek in Nepal is a challenging & scenic adventure, combining the journey to one of the world's highest lakes, Tilicho Lake, with thrilling traverse of Mesokanto Pass.
Day 1: Arrival at Kathmandu & transfer to hotel (1350m).
We will pick up you with your name card from Tribhuvan International Airport & take you to the hotel. After checking in at the hotel your guide brief about trekking.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Syange (1,140m) via Besisahar (8,23m) Duration: 7-8 hours.
After reaching Besisahar we will head by jeep to Syange where you will have some incredible views of Mt. Annapurna II Mt. Manaslu, & Mt Lamjung.

Day 3: Trek from Syange to Dharapani (1,860m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
The journey today takes us along a trail through a gorge with amazing waterfalls cascading down into it & with numerous views of snow-capped peaks along the way.

Day 4: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2,715m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
Climbing higher we reach the apple growing region and farms along with pine forests & views of Lamjung & Annapurna II peaks.

Day 5: Trek from Chame to Pisang (3,240m) Duration: 4-5 hours.
After crossing the river, we t head higher passing a pine-forest as we trek through the upper reach of the Manang valley to Pisang.

Day 6: Trek from Pisang to Manang (3,519m) Duration: 7-8 hours.
The town of Pisang is the start of our trek in the upper Manang area. Today we head to Braga; a Tibetan village with its unique architecture with its houses constructed one upon the other.

Day 7: Acclimatization day at Manang.
From Manang you will be blessed with views of Annapurna II, Annapurna III Gangapurna to the south to Tilicho & many more mountain.

Day 8: Trek from Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4,150m) Duration: 5-6 hours.
The trail is quite demanding physically, but once we reach higher altitudes the views will compensate, with amazing views of Gungang Himal & Mt. Chulu.

Day 9: Trek to Tilicho Lake & stay overnight in tent (4,919m) Duration: 3-4 hours.
Today the trail takes us from Tilicho Base Camp to Tilicho Lake (world’s highest lake 4,919m) and takes us about three to four hours from Base camp.

Day 10: Trek from Tilicho Lake to Yak Kharka via Mesokanto La Pass (5,464m) Duration: 7-9 hours.
An early start at around 4.30 a.m. sees us ascending 500 meters up & through the Mesokanta La Pass before heading down to Yak Kharka where we stay the night.

Day 11: Trek from Yak Kharka to Jomsom (2,700m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
Trek from Yak Kharka to Jomson it takes about 6 hours all the way down each to Jomson is headquarter of Mustang District & overnight at Jomsom.

Day 12: Drive from Jomson to Pokhara (820M) Duration: 8 hours.
The journey from Jomsom to Pokhara by bus takes you through scenic landscapes, passing picturesque villages & alongside the Kali Gandaki River.

Day 13: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,350m) Duration: 6-7 hours.
Today we head back on a 6-to-7-hour drive to Kathmandu with many fond memories of Nepal & its unique culture & geography. These memories will last a lifetime.

Day 14: International departure from Kathmandu Airport.
We will transfer you to the airport for your final departure.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
