The Manaslu Circuit Trek is a challenging and scenic trek in the Manaslu region of Nepal. It takes you through remote villages and valleys, across high mountain passes, and offers stunning views of Mt. Manaslu, the eighth highest mountain in the world. The trek starts from Arughat and takes 16 days to complete, with the highest point being the Larkya La Pass at 5,160 meters. The trail passes through forests, terraced fields, and rugged terrain, offering a unique cultural and natural experience to trekkers. The trek requires a good level of fitness and prior trekking experience.
Day 1: Upon arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m), we will pickup you and transfer you to your hotel.
Day 2: Early morning bus Drive to Soti Khola (710m), and overnight stay.
Day 3: Trek to Machha Khola (900m)
Day 4: Trek to Jagat (1,350m)
Day 5: Trek to Deng (2,680m)
Day 6: Trek to Namrung (2,630m)
Day 7: Trek to Samagaon (3,530m)
Day 8: Acclimatization day in Samagaon
Day 9: Trek to Samdo (3,860m)
Day 10: Rest day in Samdo
Day 11: Trek to Dharamsala/Larkya Phedi (4,460m)
Day 12: Cross the Larkya La Pass (5,160m) and trek to Bimthang (3,720m)
Day 13: Trek to Tilije (2,300m)
Day 14: Trek to Tal (1,700m)
Day 15: Trek to Syange (1,100m) and drive back to Kathmandu
Day 16: Departure from Kathmandu, today is the farewell day, we will drop you to airport for your onward journey, tour end.
