*You must make your way to the meeting point. Turibus buses run every 2 hours approximately depending on local traffic.
You may start your tour at any of the official stops: Cancun Bus Station ADO (Downtown, Calle Pino Mz.1 Lt.19,2, in the passenger waiting room) - 10:00 am, Playa Tortugas (across the street from Playa Tortugas to the lagoon side bus stop) - 10:20 am, Plaza La Fiesta (in front of the Convention Center on the lagoon side) - 10:25 am, Plaza La Isla 1 (at the main entrance, in front of Liverpool store) - 10:31 am, Aquaworld - 10:40 am, Playa Delfines (Viewpoint) 10:50 am, Plaza Kukulcán ( bus stop on the corner in front of Hospital La Joya entrance) - 11:10 am, Playa Tortugas 11:25 am, Occidental Costa Cancun/Aquamarina Beach Hotel (the stops is between these 2 hotels, on Blvd.Kukulcan) - 11:30 am, ADO Bus Station 12:00 pm.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
