IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The tour departs from the zocalo, or main plaza. The tram is yellow and you can board it at the corner of 16 de Septiembre Sreet and 3 West Avenue. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled departure.

You must exchange your voucher at the ticket counter before the tour begins. Go to Tip Tours & Dmc booth located inside the visitor´s center located in Av. Juan De Palafox y Mendoza 14, Centro, Puebla.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
