Description
Learn how to make 5 different salsas in a hands-on class with a chef in a market in Mexico. Take a guided tour of the market, collect fresh ingredients, and enjoy a tasting of your salsas.
Explore the diversity of Mexican chilies in a hands-on salsa class within the most biodiverse market in Mexico and Latin America. Start with an introduction to chilies, guided by a chef specializing in the gastronomy of Mexico and Oaxaca. Then, take a tour of the market, where you will collect fresh chilies and other ingredients such as fruits and spices.
With the ingredients in hand, stay in an area of the market, where, under the chef's supervision, prepare five different salsas: a traditional red salsa, a fruit salsa with chili, a dry salsa, a fresh salsa, and a creamy salsa. Finally, enjoy a tasting, pairing each salsa with tortilla chips or fresh tortillas. Celebrate the richness of chilies and learn how to create salsas that highlight the authentic flavors of Mexico. Ah o sea que ya lo hace automático.
