Starting from Santa María Huatulco, you can watch newborn turtles journey to the sea in a turtle sanctuary before witnessing the wonder of bioluminescent plankton in the Manialtepec lagoon.
Enjoy the unique phenomena that nature keeps on the coast of Oaxaca. During this tour we will visit three spectacular places, the first of which is a turtle camp, where you will learn about the importance of preserving sea turtle species and we will have the opportunity to help turtle hatchlings reach the sea for the first time in their lives. . Then we will visit Zicatela beach in Puerto Escondido, where we will be able to appreciate one of its incredible sunsets. And as the last place we will visit the Manialtepec Lagoon, a place that offers a unique spectacle that you cannot miss: bioluminescence, a rare phenomenon that can only be observed at certain times of the month during new moon or crescent moon night walks. In this place, you will be able to swim among this amazing natural phenomenon that will illuminate each of the movements you make in the water.
