We stopped by in the morning and embarked on a 2-hour drive from Mexico City.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by our hostess with a delicious café de olla accompanied with traditional bread.

Then we will start with the collection of food, the preparation, a sample cooking class, you will extract the pulque in an artisanal way and finally we will take you to a demonstration of Ixtle.

We will be back in Mexico City before 6:00 pm.
