Our hot air balloons will show you Teotihuacan like you've never seen it before! You will fly between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the weather. We have the best pilots for your safety.
-We will welcome you early in the morning with a delicious coffee in our office.
-After your registration, we will take you to see how our hot air balloons wake up with the warm air. It's a wonderful sight with the sunrise in the background!
-When your hot air balloon is ready, you will board the boat, where our captain will give some instructions to enjoy the flight to the fullest.
-Before you know it (if the wind allows it) you will be flying over the mythical city of Teotihuacán!
-Your flight will be enlivened with background music.
-Upon landing, the captain will lead a traditional toast with delicious wine and give you your official flight certificate.
-Also, ask at our hot air balloon airport about our GoPro camera photo and video packages with DRON.
-We have 2 schedules for the pickup in Mexico City (4 or 6 am) depending on availability

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-The direction of flight of our hot air balloons depends directly on the direction of the wind.
-If there is bad weather for flying we will contact you.
-Our baskets are for 6, 8, 10, 13 or up to 19 people, they cannot be selected, it will depend on availability.
-If one of the passengers weighs more than 100kg (220 pounds) they will have to pay an extra cost of $35 MXN per kg
-If you make your reservation after 10 PM and it is for a flight the following day (less than 10 hours before the flight), it will not be valid, and we will move your reservation to 24 hours after the selected date.
We have two schedules (4 and 6 am) depending on availability, we will contact you
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
