• For the option without transport, clients must go directly to the balloon port at 6 am, which is located on Carrt. / Club Campestre Teotihuacán, San Martín de las Pirámides, 55850 México.
• Clients choosing the Balloon + Teotihuacan and Basilica of Guadalupe guided will be dropped off at the same meeting location, although they can stay at the Basilica if they wish to, and return whenever they want on their own.
Meet your host at the Citibanamex located at the Ángel de la Independencia (Av. P.º de la Reforma 31, Cuauhtémoc, 06500 Ciudad de México, CDMX, México) at 5 am. Please note that in exceptional cases due to weather conditions, we may meet you at the meeting point at 6 am.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
