-The captain will give us brief instructions, we will get into the basket and... we will take off!
-You’ll be amazed by the incredible landscapes of Teotihuacan and enjoy music to liven up your flight.
-Upon landing, a delicious bottle of wine awaits you to toast with the captain and your friends.

-We have 2 schedules for the pickup in Mexico City (4 or 6 am) depending on availability (We can pick you up at your hotel or Airbnb in Mexico City, depending on your location.)
-At the end of the tour, we will take you back to the Angel of Independence, Mexico City.

-The direction of flight of our hot air balloons depends directly on the direction of the wind.
-If there is bad weather for flying we will contact you.
-Our baskets are for 6, 8, 10, 13 or up to 19 people, they cannot be selected, it will depend on availability.
Collective and private transportation from Mexico City has an extra cost. We will send you the information for the arriving time.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
