A reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Minors are considered to be between the ages of 2 and 11 and must present identification such as a birth certificate, or official document at the destination. In case they do not meet the designated age, they will pay the difference in the fare.
For logistical reasons, in some cities the passenger may need to walk from the transportation to their destination or from the destination to their transportation.
Passengers will have 10 minutes of additional tolerance for the agreed times for each visit. After this tolerance time, passengers will have to catch up with the guide on their own.
