IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The marine fauna conservation fee ($15 USD per person) is not included in the final cost.
Sunscreen, even biodegradable, harms coral reefs and other marine species, so we recommend applying it only to exposed skin, before (at your hotel) and after water activities.
During your visit to the cenote, it's mandatory not to disturb any natural features or wildlife.
Tour timings may vary depending on specific conditions.
The average water temperature in cenotes varies by location and time of year. Typically, cenote water is cool and refreshing, ranging from 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (21 to 27 degrees Celsius). In some cases, water temperature may be warmer or cooler depending on factors like cenote depth and surrounding air temperature.
