IMPORTANT: If you plan to book less than 48 hours before the tour, please confirm availability with us beforehand. Otherwise, your booking will be canceled with a full refund if we cannot accommodate your participation (you will receive an email notification).
AGE: The minimum age for rappeling is 12 years old. An adult must accompany children.
CONTACT: Please provide a valid contact phone number with the international prefix as our guide may need it for pickup. Please ensure it's available on the day of the tour. Alternatively, if we cannot find and reach you, the tour will be considered a no-show
Pickup from your accommodation or another place of choice in Riviera Maya (Cancun-Tulum coast).
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
