Use the comments section to include babies 1 meter or less in your reservation, as their participation is free of charge. The dock tax is $250 MXN per adult and per child (6 years and older), and will be charged at check-in. The use of life jackets is mandatory in all aquatic programs. Children over 1.40 m tall may participate alone in any program at the adult rate. To participate in the Swim Adventure and Royal Swim programs, they must be accompanied by two ticketed adults. Children under 1 m tall will be considered infants and will participate in the Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that the vest fits properly). Cameras are not allowed in the water. The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors is restricted.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
