We will refuse access to the activity on signs of intoxication. Booking will be canceled with no right to refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. The driver will be calling by your name. A white van will pick you up. If your pickup is at the lobby of your hotel please wait for our staff as close to the door as possible. Drivers will wait no longer than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations
