After arriving at the dock, you’ll receive a comprehensive safety demonstration, so you’ll be up and ready to experience the rush of your life. Your instructors are always in contact with you via speakers in your helmet, so you’ll make the most of your time with helpful pointers along the way — so strap in, engage the throttle, and up, up, and away you go.
As you effortlessly fly above the water’s surface, you’ll have fantastic views of the surrounding greenery and picturesque lagoon. With options to ride the jetpack for 15 or 30 minutes, the amount of thrill is up to you — but you may never want to hop off after you get on.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• You must be 12 years old to use the jetpack
• Minimum weight to use the jetpack is 100 pounds
• If you are 17 or younger, you must have your parent or guardian's permission
• If you have back, neck, joint, or muscular problems, or if you are pregnant, you should carefully consider whether to participate
• No prior experience necessary, but you must be able to swim on your own
• Please bring your booking reservation and your ID
• An additional surcharge of 12 USD for the Dock Fee will be collected upon arrival
• While participating in the activity, you cannot bring cameras of any kind, drones, or valuables, because you need both hands free at all times
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
You must keep social distance while in vehicles
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
We are located inside the village mall "La Isla" at the hotel zone, km 12.5. Our office is Inside the mall next to the "Lighthouse Restaurant." Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your reservation.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
