Ride the waves and enjoy the thrill of a powerful modern jet ski. You will experience the open waves throughout this unforgettable experience on the open water in Cancun.
Before boarding your jet ski, you will take part in a short safety briefing offered by a highly-trained and English-speaking guide. You can watch an instructional video containing all the safety procedures and navigation guidelines, after which you will be ready for your 30-minute or 1-hour jet ski rental.
All equipment is provided, including a life jacket and brand new 2018-2019 Sea Doo GTI 130 Jet Ski. Speed up your vacation on a powerful jet ski in a safe area with a small amount of traffic and calm water.
Your guides consider safety a priority, and have therefor created a designated area marked with easy-to-see buoys where you will be able to ride at full speed. Following your activity, you will be free to use the facilities on site which include showers, toilets, a resting area, and a cold bottle of water.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• The tour company is open 7 days per week from 10:00AM until 5:30PM
• The price is per machine (2 people max on the ski with a maximum combined weight of 600 pounds)
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment while you are using it
• As long as a parent is present, anyone 16 years of age or older should be fine to drive as long as they have proper government issued ID which includes a birth date
• The minimum age requirement to ride the jet ski is 10 years of age
• Pregnant women are not permitted to take part in this activity
• There is a docking fee of $13 per person for all water activities in Cancun
• Since you ride on the lagoon, bad weather does not affect this activity (if canceled due to extreme weather you will be given the option of an alternative date or a full refund)
All areas that customers touch are frequently cleaned
The number of visitors is limited to reduce crowds
You are required to bring and wear a mask
You must fill out a travel information form
You will receive a mandatory temperature check
Masks are required while indoors
Masks are strongly recommended for anyone indoors regardless of vaccination status. Unvaccinated participants are required to wear a mask while indoors
All participants must also bring a valid form of ID (e.g. passport, driver's license, identity card, student card, etc)
We are located across the street from the J.W. Marriot hotel in the parking lot of the Fred's House restaurant.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 48 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
