The order and duration of activities may vary depending on weather, group dynamics or traffic. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or special requests in advance. In case of rain, the tour is not cancelled, so be prepared for varying weather conditions.
Important information: Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult. For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities. The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines, 220 pounds for horses, and 300 pounds for ATVs.
Cancellation policy: Full refund available for cancellations made 24 hours in advance; no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
