Please be ready at your scheduled pickup location - your hotel lobby, a city landmark, or the nearest accessible point to your accommodation (for places like riads in Fes's old Medina) 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Our drivers, identifiable by a sign with your last name, will be there to assist you.
