IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Please be informed Entopia will be open on Wednesday, 10 April, and Thursday, 11 April 2024, during the Hari Raya Puasa public holiday in Malaysia, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the last admission at 5:00 PM. Regular Wednesday closures will resume from 17 April 2024, onwards.
• For single entry redemption and valid until the stated Ticket Validity date above; after which the ticket will be NULL and VOID.
• Adult is defined as 13 to 59 years old; Child is defined as 4 to 12 years old and • Senior citizen is defined as 60 years old and above. Admission is free of charge for children age of 3 and do not require a ticket.
• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by adults at all times.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
