The zoo is open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Last admission is at 4 PM
The Giant Panda Conservation Center is also open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Last admission is at 4:30 PM
Multi-animal shows run from Saturday to Thursday at 11 AM and 3 PM. The show is closed on Fridays, except school holidays and public holidays
Animal feeding sessions are on weekends and public holidays and take place in Children's World from 12 PM to 1 PM and Javan Deer from 2 PM to 3 PM

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
