• Children below age 12 are NOT allowed to book the tickets on their own. They MUST be accompanied by PAID ENTRY parents in the park, even if they are fully vaccinated.
• Kindly check your preferred jumping sessions either morning, afternoon, or evening session before purchase.
• All jumpers MUST arrive 30 minutes before the jumping session starts. So please arrive on time to avoid disappointment.
• Tickets can only be redeemed for the date and time booked. Strictly NO CHANGES on booking time or date.

Cancellations

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
