Ticket validity may vary as follows: 24 hours (from the time and date stated on the ticket) and 48 hours (from the time and date stated on the ticket)
The bus service runs daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. As the day turns to night, The KL City Of Lights tour, is available every evening from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Children aged 5 to 12 while little ones aged 1 to 4 ride for free
The activity provider reserves the right to postpone, cancel, delay, or stop the tour due to adverse weather, natural disasters, or any other uncontrollable conditions
The activity provider is not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings during the tour
Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited on the bus.
Dangerous items, including personal weapons or sharp objects, are strictly prohibited on the tour bus. The company reserves the right to confiscate such items and expel or deny entry to violators
Please redeem the ticket at the Bukit Bintang kiosk. The kiosk is located at the main entrance of Sungei Wang Mall, opposite Park Royal Hotel.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
