Embark on a 6-day safari in Kenya and have the chance to see the Big 5, including both Black and White Rhinos, and a bird watching session at Lake Naivasha. Stay in beautiful lodges and enjoy full board meals.
Day 1: Nairobi - Samburu National Reserve
Start your safari with a pickup from your hotel in Nairobi and head to the Samburu National Reserve. On arrival, check in and head for a game drive in the park. Spot elephants, zebras, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, and many more. Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 2: Samburu National Reserve
Enjoy a full day game drive at the reserve and get to see many animals such as elephants, zebras, lions, cheetahs, buffalos, and many more. After that, head back to the lodge and have a relaxing time and swimming at the lodge. Later, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 3: Samburu National Reserve - Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast, proceed to Sweetwaters and get to see animals like giraffes, zebras, and many more. Later, proceed to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, known for its beautiful black rhinos and a few white rhinos. On arrival, check in and then proceed for a game drive after lunch. Visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary where orphaned chimpanzees are rescued and get to know how they live.
Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy - Lake Nakuru National Park
After breakfast, proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for a pre-lunch game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to giraffes, waterbucks, black and white rhinos, buffalos, lions, and leopards, among other wildlife. On the shores of the lake, there are thousands of flamingos who feed on the algae.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Hell's Gate. Start a biking tour for 2 hours within Hell's Gate. Animals seen here include bushbucks, dik dik, giraffes, gazelles, gnus, hartebeests, impalas, klipspringers, buffalos, hyraxes, zebras, hyenas, jackals, mongooses, baboons, monkeys, and porcupines, amongst others.
Visit the gorges for 1 hour and capture beautiful panoramas of the gorge's small thin depressions of land mass where you can walk underneath. On the way, visit the Maasai community. Later, head to the lodge and have lunch and relax. Later, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Lake Naivasha - Nairobi
After breakfast at the lodge, head to Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is the highest of the Great Rift Valley lakes and the second largest freshwater lake in Kenya. The lake has no known outlet, usually a requirement for a freshwater lake and is home to over 450 species of birds.
Have a boat ride at the park then head back to Nairobi.
