Day 1: From Nairobi To Samburu National Reserve

Be picked up from your hotel or the airport in Nairobi and depart for Samburu National Reserve. Stop en route to view Mount Kenya with its snow-capped peaks.

Arrive at the Samburu Simba Lodge just in time for check-in and lunch. Embark on your first game drive in the afternoon with a chance to spot the Grevy zebras, reticulated giraffes, gerenuks, Beisa oryx, and Somali ostrich, elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs.

Drive back to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: A full day at Samburu National Reserve

Enjoy an early morning game drive before returning to the camp for breakfast. After breakfast, have a full-day game drive with packed lunch boxes.

Spend the day viewing wildlife. Possible sightings of unique wildlife species like oryx, gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, Somali ostrich, and other wild animals peculiar to this semi-arid region.

Drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River where most of the wild animals are found. Watch different species of birds found in the reserve.

In the evening, enjoy a delightful dinner and spend another night at the lodge.

Day 3: From Samburu National Reserve to Nairobi

Start your day with an early morning game drive. After the game drive, return to the camp for a buffet breakfast. Depart for Nairobi and arrive at your hotel or the airport for your drop-off.

There is an option where you will choose to visit Buffalo springs national reserve and Shaba national reserve.

To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
