Following an early pickup from your Nairobi hotel, take a short excursion to the Nairobi National Park for an exciting game drive. Explore the park and its major animals. Witness the breathtaking sight of wildlife grazing against the backdrop of the city skyline.
The game drive will last until 11:00 a.m. After that, visit the Giraffe Center, a non-profit that educates people about endangered species and environmental conservation. The guides will teach you about giraffes, and you will be able to feed them by hand under the supervision of expert staff.
The David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust elephant orphanage, located in the western part of Nairobi National Park, provides an excellent opportunity to observe baby elephants being fed milk from bottles. The keepers will give you a lecture on each of them, explaining their names and the circumstances surrounding their orphanage. It's a fantastic spot to adopt a young elephant.
