• Please note that due to winter sailing conditions, the boat may remain docked during the December cruises, but the experience remains the same.
• Please ensure you tell your server if you have an allergies or food restrictions
• Wheelchair policy: "Foldable" wheelchairs are OK, but unfortunately electric wheelchairs cannot be accepted as the ramps and stairs on the boats are too steep with the tides
• Please note that parking is difficult to find and traffic can be very heavy during peak months, therefore we recommend to use public transport or to arrive well in advance of your cruise departure time.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
