The museum is accessible to people with strollers and it has reserved access for people with disabilities. Three wheelchairs are available free of charge to visitors without the need for reservations
Pets are not allowed at the Museum, but assistance or guide dogs for people with visual impairments, hearing impairments, or reduced mobility are allowed. The museum reserves the right to ask for proof that it is an assistance or service dog.
Arrive at the McCord Museum and present your ticket at the admissions desk in the main lobby.
The museum is in downtown Montreal, across from McGill University. It’s accessible via the McGill Metro Station (green line) or the 24 bus on Sherbrooke Street. For groups or people with wheelchairs or strollers, please use the entrance at 2175 Victoria Street on the west side of the museum.
When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
