Enjoy the convenience of being picked up at your hotel in a private air-conditioned vehicle by an English-speaking driver. Take in the scenery as you drive to Wadi Mujib. After arriving at the visitor’s center, start your self-guided trek.
Follow the trail of the towards the dam. Take a leisurely hike through the shade and enjoy the serenity of nature. Trek between towering sandstone cliffs and cross over the dam on a cantilevered walkway. Reach the base of the waterfall and the gorge.
See the Wadi Mujib, a breath-taking gorge that is the lowest natural water reserve in the world. Admire the spectacular biodiversity: over 300 species of plants, 10 species of carnivores, and many species of permanent and migratory birds are native to Wadi Mujib. If the season is right and there’s been enough rain, you’ll have the chance to take a refreshing dip in the water.
