As the amount of snowfall may vary from year to year, the viewing experience of some attractions may be affected.
Bibai Snow Land will be closed every Tuesday from January 2025 and 2025/1/23~1/27. If you are unable to visit the park due to the park's business conditions, road conditions, or weather, you will be replaced by Chitose Northern Snow Park. Please note that the attractions in each park may be different.
Otaru Aquarium will be closed from 2024/12/10~12/13 and 2025/2/26~3/15, and will only be in Otaru Shopping Street during this period.
Since the bus parking lot of Shiroi Koibito Park is restricted to entry before 18:00, please note that if miss this time, we will not go to Shiroi Koibito Park.
This tour will give you soup or a small gift, there is no other alternative option.

This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
