IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If the Lake Biwa Cable Car is out of service on the day of the itinerary, the attraction will be changed to Okuibuki Ski Resort, and the cable car ticket will be refunded. Please note that this does not include tickets for Okuibuki Ski Resort, ski equipment rental, or other related fees.
If a facility closes due to force majeure after the start of the itinerary, a partial refund will be issued. As the facility admission fees included in the trip fee differ from the facility's published prices, refunds will not reflect those published prices.
During consecutive holidays, the scheduled end time of the trip may be later than usual due to road congestion. Additionally, if delays occur for unavoidable reasons, resulting in the need for a taxi or overnight stay, those costs will not be covered.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
