IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Drop off your luggage between 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM, and your luggage will be deliver to the destination hotel by 21:00 PM on the same day. Collection time will be 90 minutes after your international flight arrival.
Drop off your luggage by 9:00 AM at the hotel counter and receive your luggage between 15:00-21:00 PM at the airport. Schedule your delivery at least 120 minutes before your international flight departure.
This package is only available for luggage delivery between hotels within the same city. Drop off your luggage before 11:00 AM and your luggage will be deliver to the destination hotel by 21:00 PM on the same day.
You'll get a confirmation email from LuggAgent within 24 hours of booking. If you don't see any confirmation, please make sure to reach out to our customer support.

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
Cancellation is not possible. If you cancel it anyway or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity and the money you paid will not be refunded.
