In the kitchen, Grandma knows best. Experience a true Japanese home-cooked meal with Grandma Junko in Nagoya. Learn to make beautifully arranged bento lunch boxes that reflect the season in which you visit. Grandma will teach you the secrets of Nagoya-style home cooking to add to your repertoire. Use seasonal ingredients to make a variety of Japanese dishes then learn to arrange them into special designs. From March to May the theme is cherry blossoms and will feature spring colors and flower designs. From June to August, you’ll show off the unique Japanese summer star festival in your box. September to November is inspired by the vibrantly changing autumn leaves and the final slot will have you making a delicious snowman design. Your lunch will turn out so beautiful that it may even be difficult to eat! Take lots of pictures then enjoy the meal with Grandma Junko along with some matcha tea and Japanese sweets for dessert.

Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
