Day 1:
Depart from Nagoya Station to Gifu Station. Enjoy lunch at Kawaramachi Izumiya (Ayu) or Hanazakuro (Hida beef). Make a traditional mini-umbrella. Visit the Ukai Museum. Stay overnight at Nagaragawa Onsen "Juhachiro".
Day 2:
Experience swordsmithing at the Seki Knife Museum. Enjoy lunch at Kakumaru (Unadon). Return to Gifu Station, then to Nagoya Station.
