IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
There is no elevator in our building and you will need to take stairs to reach each venue.
English translation will be provided as much as possible, if you would like to add it please contact us.
We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. ( After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day.)
If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged.
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue.

Children who sit on their parents’ laps are free of charge. (Under 2 years old only)

When should I book?
To guarantee availability book as soon as possible. Early booking is worth consideration especially if you planning the trip during high season like public holidays or weekends.
Cancellations
This excursion you can cancel with no cost up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you cancel it after 24 hours or not show up on the excursion you will still be charged the full price of the activity. Being late on pick-up or departure will be considered as not showing up.
